Harrison Pass and Corral Creek
Mulitple trails at the top of Harrison Pass (7,247 feet) for all levels of riding. Summits overlook sweeping vistas of the Ruby Valley and Ruby Lake National Wildlife Refuge

Directions: Drive southeast on State Route 227 towars Spring Creek (6 miles - 10 km). Turn south at State Route 228. Drive approximately 33 miles (53 km) on 228 to the Harrison Pass Road (Country Road 718). Turn right. Harrison Pass is approximately 8 miles (12.9 km).

Spruce Mountain
Spectacular mountain views from any location along Spruce Mountain Ridge, just east of Clover Valley. Climb through spreading aspen groves and sparkling mountain streams and find plenty of memorable riding trails. Explore remnants of old mining camps.

Directions: Drive east on Interstate 80 to Wells. Turn south on Highway 93. Drive approximately 37 miles (61.8 km) on 93 to the Spruce Mountain turnoff.

Staq Mountain, Charleston and Jarbidge
Explore one of the most remote areas in Northern Nevada. The Jarbidge Mountains form a diamond shape, with eight of their peaks over 10,000 feet. Stag Mountain is a day trip. Charleston and Jarbidge require overnight camping.

Directions: Drive southeast on State Route 227 towards Spring Creek ( 6 miles - 10 km). Turn south on State Route 228 towards Jiggs. After passing Jiggs, trun west at the Bald Mountain Mine turn off. Follow this main road 26 miles (42 km) to the south to School and Sherman Creeks.

Merritt Mountain
Located north of Elko and east of Wildhorse Reservoir. Rich in historic mining culture as well as beautiful scenery and abundant wildlife. Near the ghost town of Patsville and Rio Tinto.
